What I would say to another agent about using Turnkey is that it really gives you your time back and lets you focus on the part of the job where you’re most valuable, which is being client-facing and taking care of your clients. At the same time, it gives your clients another knowledgeable resource in their corner with Katie and the Turnkey team, so they always have someone keeping them informed and helping move things forward.
Another huge advantage is that, in real estate, we all have to deliver bad news sometimes. Turnkey can help deliver the facts of what came back in a report or what needs to be addressed, and then I can step in as the agent and focus on the emotional side of that conversation and help the client figure out what comes next. Every client we’ve used Turnkey with has had great things to say about the experience, especially how easy the process felt and how they never felt like they were left in the dark. From an agent standpoint, it’s one less thing sitting on your plate. If I have a late-night showing, the last thing I want to do when I get home is start working through paperwork. With Turnkey, I know Katie has either already handled it or I can touch base with her the next day, get on the same page, and we have a clear to-do list we can knock out together.
